My fascination with these questions didn’t start in a classroom. It started with me.

And somewhere along the way, I started seeing patterns. My struggles became questions. My questions became discoveries. My discoveries became solutions.

Some of our most limiting patterns never show up in what we do. They show up in what we think.

A thought repeats. The thought becomes a habit. And eventually the habit becomes the way we see everything.

Fertilizing the Mind is about recognising those thoughts as they arrive, understanding what they produce, and growing something different in their place.
