DAY 7 – #PGPACLEE – THE KICK CHALLENGE

WEEK 1 DONE & DUSTED!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!! I absolutely couldn’t be more excited, this is AMAZING!!! What an awesome sense of accomplishment I’m already experiencing just to have started (that and some serious protesting from my glutes). Today’s 30 Jump Side Kicks took place on my local beach and the beautiful scenery was absolutely stunning and it felt GREAT to be outdoors!! Not sure what the other people on the beach thought but I’m hoping I managed to inspire them in the same way that @mannypacquiao has inspired me! They say enthusiasm is contagious… let me know if you’re feeling it after watching this video!!!! 🙂
