DAY 20!!!!!!!! It’s generally thought that it takes 21 days for your subconscious to accept a behavioural pattern as a habit. The premise is this: After 21 days, the pursuit of a goal should become a habit. Once you’ve established that habit, you continue to do it for another ninety days and it should then become a permanent lifestyle change. So far, I can say that it’s looking like this principle is turning out to be true!
