DAY 5 – #PGPACLEE – THE KICK CHALLENGE

It’s DAY 5 and it went GREAT!!! I’m having so much fun doing this that I have to remind myself every now and then that it’s actually a fairly serious challenge I’ve undertaken here… Also (after some protests from various body parts), I’m now starting to appreciate the importance of correct form and beginning to notice how and where I need to improve… So after my 30 jump side kicks today, I’m going back to the theory of the jump to see what else I can learn to help me!
